Green apples, white flowers, white peach, lemons, and honeysuckle are a treat to find in the perfume. On the palate, the wine is fresh, and focuses you easily on the crisp, juicy, sweet, lemons, and green apples in the palate, and in the finish. This will be easy to enjoy on release. The harvest took place August 18 - August 31.The wine blends 60% Sauvignon Blanc, with 40% Semillon. 13% ABV. Drink from 2025-2034.
