CLIMATE:
Typically mediterranean and set in the sub-region of Vidigueira, where the climatic conditions are the most temperate of Alentejo and provide an excellent microclimate for the production of quality wines.
SOIL:
Poor soils, predominantly of granite and schist. Great pedological potential to grow vines and to produce excellent wines.
VARIETIES :
Antão Vaz, Arinto and Viosinho The varieties Antão Vaz, Arinto and Viosinho are trellised in the vertical shoot position, in a plot that is slightly exposed to the east, with an east/west orientation.
 
ANALYTIC PARAMETERS
lcohol Content › 12,5% Total Acidity › 5,400 g/dm3 Volatile Acidity › 0,17 g/dm3 Residual Sugars › 2,1 g/dm3 pH › 3,10 VINIFICATION › Manual harvest into 12 kg boxes at day break on the 19th and 20th of August 2021. After a period of cold maceration, fermentation took place in inox vats at a controlled temparature of 14,5ºC for 21 days.
AGING:
Bottle aging for two months.
TASTING NOTES:
Greenish in colour. Mineral and citric aroma. A freshness and complexity that reveal the grapes original terroir.
